JHFC Certification Mark Usage Rules
The JHFC mark may be used on products whose documents have been verified against JHFC checkpoints.
Eligible Media
Product pages, business websites, company materials, exhibition materials, PR materials.
Conditions
- Display with the certification number, verifiable against the online record
- Use within the certified scope and validity period
- Do not alter the mark's design, color or proportions
Prohibited Expressions
- Disease treatment or prevention
- Pharmaceutical efficacy
- Implying government approval
- Implying JHFC guarantees efficacy
These rules ensure proper use of the mark. Usage permission may be revoked if violations are found.
